COLOUR TROPHY ’19: WA/NT FINALISTS ANNOUNCED

Following the revelation of this year’s SA/TAS finalists, the L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy state finalists have been announced for WA/NT.

One of the longest running hairdressing competitions, L’Oréal Colour Trophy celebrates vision, creativity and innovation in the realm of hair colouring; platforming the brand’s extended network of artists both locally and abroad.

Inside Perth’s LC Centre, stylists from Western Australia’s esteemed salon network gathered to create era-defining colour looks before a live panel of national judges, before presenting their creations in a show-stopping runway reveal.

Taking the top gong for WA/NT Rising Star was Circles of Subiaco’s Emma Pisani. The region’s Colour Trophy state finalists included Ben Semple (Circles of Subiaco), Damien Kabay & Kerina Marlow (Hemisphere Hair) as well as Terrina Brown & Kirsty McLennan (Zeds).

“The atmosphere at LC Centre in Perth was electric!” shared L’Oréal Professionnel Australia General Manager, Olga Zanetti.

“We witnessed some exceptional technical skills and the creation of beautifully unique looks. Congratulations to our four finalists for their engaging and fashion forward colour work, and thank you to all participants for making it such a dynamic event experience.”

Three more live semi-final events will take place across in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne before Colour Trophy returns to Melbourne for the live Grand Finale event on February 25th, 2019.

The Grand Finale will see the top 15 Colour Trophy Award entrants and top 5 Rising Star Award recipients compete for the chance at an impressive prize pool – including a trip to participate in the esteemed international competition leg.

Congratulations to each of the WA/NT delegates for 2018/19:
