Announcing the first set of regional finalists for L’Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy 2019.
One of the longest running hairdressing competitions, L’Oréal Colour Trophy celebrates vision, creativity and innovation in the realm of hair colouring; platforming the brand’s extended network of artists both locally and abroad.
Last night saw L’Oréal Professionnel’s South Australian/Tasmanian division gather inside Adelaide Festival Centre to witness 25 emerging hairdressers compete for 1 of 4 state titles.
Taking out the title for SA/TAS Rising Star was Mahiki Hair’s Zoe Vantstone who beat out four emerging stylists for the top spot. The region’s three Colour Trophy state finalists included Fiona Fazzalari (Hair Machine Glenelg), Vanessa Rositano (Zink the Element of Hair) and Massimo Tirimacco (Zo Hair).
Four more Colour Trophy semi-final events are set to take place in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, before all finalists return to Melbourne for the live Grand Finale in February 2019.
From there, winners will be given the opportunity to represent Australia at L’Oréal Professionnel’s International Colour Trophy; one of the most exciting events on the international hairdressing calendar!
Congratulations to each of the SA/TAS delegates for 2018/19:
FIONA FAZZALARI (HAIR MACHINE GLENELG)
VANESSA ROSITANO (ZINK THE ELEMENT OF HAIR)
MASSIMO TIRIMACCO (ZO HAIR)
RISING STAR: ZOE VANSTONE (MAHIKI HAIR)
