TOP HAIR TRENDS FROM THE 2018 LOGIES

It’s the Australian television industry’s night of nights, with the cream of the small-screen-crop gathering for a night of starlit revelry. A yearly fixture on the national style rader, this year’s red carpet did not disappoint. Check out the top Logies hair trends to emerge in 2018.

THE SIDE-PARTED LOB

A regular on the red carpet circuit, Ksenija Lukich sported a soft, gentle wave, opting to part her trademark lob to one side. To finish the look, stylist Marie Uva neatly tucked left-hand strands behind the presenter’s ear.

THE TOUSLED TOP KNOT

Elyse Knowles made a serious case for the top-knot-and-fringe combo with this tousled ‘do, once again courtesy of Marie Uva. Reality star indeed.

THE CHIC CHIGNON

Former Miss Australia Erin Victoria Holland all but swept us away with this classically chic chignon by Ariela Ramljak. Not one hair out of place!

THE HOLLYWOOD WAVE

It wouldn’t be a red carpet without long, cascading waves and the woman serving up this year’s dose of Hollywood glamour was personality Rebecca Harding. We love the voluminous, supermodel hair flip!

THE BARBARELLA

Actress Olympia Valance channelled her inner screen siren, for this Barbarella inspired hair look. Teamed perfectly with a smouldering, smoky eye, this look is every bit the show stealer.

THE SHORT SLICK-BACK

Yet another Miss Australia alumni Rachel Finch well and truly raised the glam stakes with this clean slick-back by Mia Hawksell.

THE ROCKABILLY BOWIE

Pin-up princess with a rock and roll edge. We love this quirky platinum quiff on model Stefania Ferrario, beautifully offset by bold, darkened brows.

THE BLONDE BOMBSHELL

Last, but certainly not least, the industry’s resident bombshell: Mrs Jane Scandizzo. On hand to ensure her locks were bombshell ready? None other than the Yummy Mummies’ hairdresser-half himself Joey Scandizzo alongside the supremely talented Hermiz Daniel. This look is everything.
