Kao Salon Division has announced their first ANZ Hub and Leadership team; bringing together cross-national operations under one regional roof.
The newly formed ANZ Hub will service Australian and New Zealand based salon businesses under one collaborative hub; a move geared to better serve both respective markets amidst ongoing (and projected) growth.
The news comes alongside the appointment of Kao ANZ’s executive team: A trio of the company’s key industry players; each of whom will leverage their combined talents, experience and industry acumen to pioneer the company’s direction in 2020 and beyond.
Rita Marcon (formerly Director of Education for Kao Salons Australia) will bring 20 years of experience, brand awareness and salon acumen to her new post as Associate Director of Channel Strategy, leading the company’s Marketing and Education team.
After a three year tenure as Senior Brand Manager, Alexandra Zuban will now act as Kao ANZ’s Marketing Manager, using her experience in B2B & B2C Marketing and brand/PR leadership to continue pushing Kao’s salon brands forward.
With a decade of marketing and customer experience, Linda Foschini will be Kao ANZ’s new Channel Manager; a role that will see her drive opportunities, sales and partnerships across the company’s Salon and Retail channels.
This team will align with Kao Country Manager for Australia, Justin Anderson as well as Country Manager for New Zealand, Jane Wicks.
“Under Rita’s leadership, Channel Strategy of the new Pacific hub will be in good hands as our business in the region continues to expand,” shares Trevor Attenborough, VP, Commercial, Kao Salon Division Americas and Acting General Manager of the ANZ Hub.
“The ability to share resources and synergize will enable this talented team to do even more to help our salons grow in an important market.”
Here’s to new beginnings, and a prosperous year ahead.
