LAUNCH: ROYALS HAIR UNVEIL SYDNEY EDUCATION ACADEMY

We’ve opened the new Academy out of a desperate need for more education and training for our team and for the industry. We need practical, hands-on workshops that help strengthen skills and get apprentices on the floor faster.

Royals Hair Owner, Adam Alamine

They’re one of Australia’s most popular hair institutions; a local empire with four salons, a growing client base and multiple accolades to show for it.

Now Royals Hair enters one of its most exciting phases yet, with the launch of their new Training and Education Academy in Castle Hill, Sydney. Unveiled to guests at an intimate cocktail party, the new (and lavishly adorned) facility will host the group’s industry-lauded education and training classes – across 2020 and beyond.

“The launch party was a great way to announce our heightened commitment to training and education – not only for our team but for our industry as a whole – in a [manner] that sits with the Royals Hair philosophy and ethos of welcoming people into our space as part of our family,” says Royals Hair Owner, Adam Alamine.

“We’ve opened the new Academy out of a desperate need for more education and training for our team and for the industry,” he continues. “We need practical, hands-on workshops that help strengthen skills and get apprentices on the floor faster. With [our industry’s] skills shortage, this is more vital than ever.”

Since launching in 2016, Royals’ namesake academy has received widespread prominence for providing hairdressers (of all experience levels) a solid education platform, helping each to maintain a high skills and services standard within their respective salons and individual portfolios.

The 2020 Royals Academy Education Calendar features a broad selection of hands-on workshops (from master cutting and colour mastery right through to extension work), each designed to garner fast, effective and tangible results that may be immediately demonstrated on the salon floor. “The education team is led by Mary (Alamine) and Travis (Bandeira),” adds Adam. “[Our] workshops provide real results. For example, ‘Get Me Cutting On The Floor’ is a popular workshop designed to get up-and-coming hairdressers on the floor in their respective salons. Salon owners will love [these] because they can see fast results from their team.”

Congratulations to Adam, Mary and the entire Royals Hair team!
