GHD X ARTIST CONNECT

The inaugural ghd x ARTIST CONNECT brought together ANZ’s best creative, social and business minds for an immersive education experience like none before it.

A showcase of just how influential the brand is, Sydney played host to 28 ghd experts (Creative Artists, Style Squad-ers, Artistic and Brand Educators), each hand selected and flown in for a series of education sessions touching on commercial to creative hair design, business development and digital expansion (hello Tik Tok). The two-day event was designed to leave attendees armed for serious growth in 2024 and kicked off with valuable words and insights into what’s to come from the brand in the 12-months ahead.

The artist line-up included brand heavyweights Joey Scandizzo, Hermiz Daniel, Natalie-Anne and Mary Alamine who played to their styling (and social) strengths, simultaneously revealing the latest (and always anticipated) Christmas collection – Dreamland.

It is no secret ghd has owned the Christmas gifting space for decades with a new and technologically charged set of heat tools dropping (cue fresh trending design) every year. The perfect wish list item and retail booster for the notoriously busy salon period.

Proving no-one does the holiday season quite like ghd, the event concluded with the brand’s annual Christmas party slash, ‘The Dreamland ghd Powder Room.’ The carpet rolled out for the regions’ most ‘liked’ influencers and media icons who were treated to the skillset of ghd’s equally in-demand hair stylists in preparation for the party ahead.

What dreams are made of.
