The Australian Hair Fashion Awards are thrilled to announce a new photographic category for 2020.
To celebrate our industry’s brightest stars; we’re giving all Australian hairdressers a chance to showcase their vision, talents and creative artistry on a global scale with a new and exciting AHFA 2020 category addition.
Titled, INDUSTRY CHOICE COLLECTION OF THE YEAR, this free-to-enter category is open to all collections shot since January 1st 2020; with submissions scored for originality, creativity and technical mastery by a panel of leading hairdressers.
To be in with a shot, all entrants are required to submit their 6 image photographic collections, no later than Wednesday 30th September (11.59pm AEST). Entries open Tuesday 1st September, from 9.00am AEST.
The first INDUSTRY CHOICE COLLECTION OF THE YEAR winner will be announced at this year’s AHFA Gala evening on Sunday 8th November 2020; with 10 finalists to be revealed Monday 12th October via @thejournalmag.

Entry into INDUSTRY CHOICE COLLECTION OF THE YEAR is free of charge.
All photographic collections must be uploaded and shared via Dropbox – with two formats required. Please include 6 x High Res jpg images (max 5MB per image) and 6 x Low Res jpg images (max 500KB per image).
Following upload, please forward ONE Dropbox folder link to info@mdivision.com.au, along with your full name, salon name, preferred email, phone number and Instagram handle.
Entries open Tuesday 1st September (9.00am AEST) and close Wednesday 30th September (11.59pm AEST).
