Award-winning Adelaide hairdresser at Kinky Curly Straight and AHFAs multiple finalist, Uros Mikic has been appointed the role of Creative Director of MATRIX Australia. Working alongside other visionary artists from around Australia and the world, and recognised as a creative force in his own right, Uros is looking forward to leading the Matrix Australia brand creatively and empowering stylists to create positive change. As the Creative Director, Uros joins fellow Australian Design Team members in inspiring the hairdressing community with fresh, fashion-forward and directional ideas and aesthetics.
In his new role with Matrix, Uros collaborated with the Global Matrix Creative Team in New York in Oct/Nov 2014 in developing the future Matrix Trend Collection and he has represented Matrix colours in Bangkok, Thailand at the Hairworld awards show and Destination Imagination in Spain.

Uros is planning for a busy year; juggling salon clients, awards and collection work for Kinky Curly Straight, as well as education classes and shows around Australia and internationally for Matrix.
