Award-winning Sydney hair salon, Royals Hair, has added a dedicated Training & Education Academy to their burgeoning empire, which now encompasses three salons on Sydney’s north shore.
The Academy opened its doors in late April, and is a collaboration with Hollywood Hair Extensions as well as functioning as office space and a base for education and training.
The Academy is an integral part of the Royals business strategy to ensure consistency and a high standard with regard to skills and performance.
“Royals is a hub of opportunity and we definitely don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to education,“ says Royals Hair owner, Adam Alamine.
“We identify and customize career paths and we believe the same is needed for education. Our training will provide hairdressers with creative and practical training in cutting, styling, colour work, hair extensions, creative work and even workshops around competition photo shoots.”
Located in Castle Hill in Sydney’s Northwest/Sydney’s Hills District, the Academy will also be a space that’s for hire, although Royals will also be releasing their own calendar for creative workshops and this will be available June 1st, 2016
