Model slash actress Emily Ratajkowski has officially joined the blonde club, debuting a brand new hue to her 26+ million instagram followers.
Bursting onto the scene as a fresh faced brunette (who could forget that blurred lines video) Ms. Ratajkowski has remained loyal to her dark roots, keeping her famous tresses au naturel over the course of her thriving career.
Until now, that is.
A colour virgin, EmRata’s new look marks a dramatic transformation for the American bombshell – and her first time batting for the blondes.
The colour change came courtesy of the team at Kérastase; a brand of which Emily has built a strong and trusting relationship with over the course of her three year (and counting) tenure as a brand muse and ambassador.
“I’ve never coloured my hair or changed the length significantly in my entire life!” says Emily of her decision to join the light side. “I’m absolutely thrilled that Kérastase gave me their blessing to become a blonde.”
“I just celebrated my birthday and am so happy to be coming out of quarantine with a fresh new look,” she adds. “Beauty is meant to be fun and expressive and this is definitely, hands down, the most fun I’ve ever had with my look before.”
No doubt in great hands, Emily will maintain her new ‘do with Kérastase’s first colour care range exclusively for blondes: Blond Absolutions. Emily will also front the new Blond Absolu campaign, set for release in January 2021.
