Hairhouse is an authentic, heritage brand and true pioneer of our industry. Our new identity puts us on the forefront of meeting ever-changing customer demands with a future focused service-driven approach.
Steve Terry, Hairhouse Warehouse Executive General Manager
Having firmly established their stance as leaders in the hair retail market, Hairhouse Warehouse now enter a new phase of maturation, with the reveal of their new brand identity for 2019.
Fresh, fashion forward and both stylist and consumer friendly, Hairhouse’s re-energised branding (and refreshed title) will progressively roll out across the group’s myriad national sites over the course of 2019.
The transition will see a host of new brands join the company’s brimming product portfolio, along with the inaction of store redevelopments and the adoption of a new omni-channel strategy that will connect in-store, in- salon and digital environments.
It will also hero a new store concept in a selection of key locations across Australia, namely an experimental store design featuring a monochromatic palette with improved navigation, digital signage and enhanced lighting for an amplified shopping and customer experience.
The rebrand fortifies Hairhouse’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and professional consultations in an aspirational setting, as they continue to offer unparalleled access to a vast cross section of leading professional brands.
“Hairhouse is an authentic, heritage brand and true pioneer of our industry,” said Steve Terry, Executive General Manager for Hairhouse Warehouse, “It was founded with a passion and energy to drive change.”
“This philosophy and approach still continues to this day,” he continued. “Our new identity puts us on the forefront of meeting ever-changing customer demands with a future focused service-driven approach.”
“We are proud and excited to launch the new Hairhouse,” added company Co-Founder Joseph Lattouf. “We’re on a path of continual evolution to ensure we remain current, continue to drive change and maintain our position as a market leader in this amazing industry.”
Founded by brothers Tony and Joseph Lattouf in 1992, Hairhouse’s combined retail/salon concept marked a first for the Australian hair industry, and today, the company boasts over 125 sites across the nation. It’s also the largest employer of qualified hairdressers in the country.
Congratulations are in order for the entire Hairhouse family!
