The best of the Brits have been revealed for another year, with 2021’s HJ British Hairdressing Awards taking place for it’s 37th year last Monday 29th November!
The prestigious event, a stepping stone for many an illustrious career across its sparkling history, took place at Grosvenor House in London’s Park Lane for the 2021 installation where Robert Eaton was crowned British Hairdresser of the Year in front of 1,400 of his hairdressing peers, influencers and assembled press. Far from the only winner for the evening, Moscow based stylist Pavel Okhapkin of Fashion Hair Studio, was also honoured with the title of International Hairdresser of the Year.
“These awards recognise the very best of British hairdressing talent, celebrating the passion, artistry and expertise of individuals from across the country,” says Jayne Lewis-Orr, Executive Director of HJ’s British Hairdressing Awards. “All our winners have demonstrated that they are accomplished and gifted stylists with an impeccable eye for detail. Every year, this competition gets tougher as the standard of entries improves. Congratulations to all our winners who should feel incredibly proud to be recognised at this level.”
