Intercoiffure Australia looked to the grid as a source of inspiration for their inaugural apprentice Instagram competition, GOAT 21. We’re thrilled to congratulate Claire Magee (Circles of Subiaco, WA) and Olivia Foley (Belcastro Hair, NSW), whose talent and social media skill sets saw them crowned GOAT 21’s first ever winners!
With entrants judged by an international panel including Sylvia Stewart (L’Oreal Professionnel Australia), Peter Pfister (Intercoiffure Austria and World Academy) Donovan Foti (Intercoiffure South Africa), Sascha Hirtsgaard (Intercoiffure Denmark) and Mari Nicácio (Intercoiffure Brazil), the competition presented Intercoiffure apprentices with the unique opportunity to hone both their photographic and hairdressing comp skills as well as build upon their experience in successfully using social media to market their impressive work.
“The level of participation in this new competition was fantastic and we look forward to presenting the GOAT 22 competition next year,” says Intercoiffure Australia Artistic Director, Terrina Brown. “We are grateful to all of the participating Intercoiffure Australia salons for helping establish this competition.”
Congratulations to these rising stars! Check out their winning work below.
