La Biosthetique was one of the official sponsors of Berlin Fashion Week working backstage on shows such as the tropical themed ‘Happy Hour’ collection by Marc Cain.
A catwalk show that took on epic proportions, over 30 La Biosthetique stylists worked backstage at the epic Marc Cain Spring Summer 2016/17 collection show at Berlin Fashion Week. The Marc Cain fashion house treated all guests to a front row seat along a purposefully constructed 150m long zigzag catwalk decorated with 80 different Parsian rugs and over 50 models wearing the latest Spring Summer collection. The hair styling for the show was just as impressive with every model wearing a different style, from a side braid to a loose pony or a drop bun each look was individually crafted to suit the model.
La Biosthetique also partnered with renowned German designer Dorothee Schumacher to style her show at Berlin Fashion Week. Set in the grand location of Elizabeth church in Berlin, the show was an impressive collection of the feminine designs created by Schumacher. The space was adorned with large round white lights and a reflective silver catwalk that took on a classic sophistication which complimented the simple designs and cool blue tones seen throughout Schumacher’s entire collection.
Inspired by the simplicity and sophistication of the collection the La Biosthetique’s international creative director, Alexander Dinter, created a strong sleek look to enhance the designs. The hair was styled with a strong middle part, a sleek wet look through the top and softer, slightly floating ends.
