Luxury brand La Biosthetique hosted a night of glitz and glamour for their close network of upmarket salons last Sunday at the annual La Soiree.
This years celebration was a gala evening held at the Doltone House overlooking Hyde Park in Sydney CBD. The night included a three-course dinner, awards pre- sentation and a full-blown fashion show with private collections from Sydney brands Elliatt and White Closet, plus a hand selected collection from renowned stylist Lydia Jane Saunders.
Directing the show were head stylists Mandy Kingsman, Remington Schulz and Todd Arndt, with La Bisothetique make-up artist Chereine Waddell perfecting the looks for each collection.
Amongst all the glitz and glamour was the major announcement of the brand’s most anticipated awards, the winner of the Beauty Stylist Award Australia/ New Zealand 2016. The winner was Brisbane salon owner Todd Arndt, who will now be flown to Paris to compete in the International Beauty Stylist Awards held in the iconic Pavilion Champs Elysées.
“The night was a complete success. It was great to be able to showcase the designers that we have been collaborating with all year and see the beautiful hair and make-up from our guest artists” said Alexander Fuchs, Education Manager of La Biosthetique.
