Ahead of the Gloss Boss Awards on Monday March 23rd, Redken is serving up a double dose of education and inspiration with a dedicated Gloss Boss Masterclass ahead of the Awards later that evening.

Running from 11AM to 3:30PM AEDT, the session brings together a tight edit of artists for an afternoon of real-time education, technique sharing and inside-the-formula insight. Less stage show, more intimate educational gathering – where the detail matters and that signature Redken glossy finish steals the show.

Split into four groups, educators include Sara Briscoe, Sheree Knobel, Michelle Marshall, Brayden Pelletier, Diane Gorgievski, Michael Kelly, Justin Pace and Kaine Vakai, who will step through their approach to modern glossing using Shades EQ. Expect dimensional colour, polished placement and that reflective, light-catching finish that continues to define the future of colourwork.

Positioned as a space for SEQ stylists to come together, the masterclass leans into community just as much as craft – offering the chance to network, swap notes and stay across what’s next.

And for those not in the room, Redken is streaming the session live – opening up access to the techniques, the thinking and the energy behind it.

The perfect educational lead-in to the main event, the Gloss Boss Masterclass is less spectacle, more substance and sure to light the creative fire within those in attendance.
