With over 18 years of experience across global beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors, Jessup brings a wealth of expertise in consumer-led and social-first strategies. Her previous role as Senior Vice President at Wella Company in the U.S. saw her leading powerhouse brands including OPI, Nioxin, and Sebastian Professional.
