The Redken Young Tribe Initiative is an internationally recognised 2 year talent program focused on developing design, styling and colour skills.
The program is designed to facilitate the mentoring and development of tribe members by leading local and international Redken Artists, providing them with a technical education to grow and enhance hairdressing skills, gain confidence in presention and demonstration and develop leadership, communication and organisational skills all the while gaining exposure to the latest trends through involvement in events and workshops.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE A PART OF THE YOUNG TRIBE INITIATIVE?
- A minimum of 5 years experience in hairdressing
- Employed full time in a salon using Redken Hair Color (SEQ Gloss and SEQ Cream, Color Fusion,Chromatics, Lighteners), Hair Care and Styling products.
- Permission and 100% commitment from your current employee/salon owner
