A NYC-style industrial warehouse set the scene for the glamorous live reveal of the inaugural Redken Shades EQ Gloss Boss Winners for ANZ.

The community came together for a day and night of celebrating the best in digital talent, some world-class education and strengthening the bonds of their wider Redken family.

Following a day of education boasting an epic line up of Redken educators – including Mana Dave, Michael Kelly, Sheree Knobel, Sara Briscoe, Diane Gorgievski and Justin Pace – the ultra-chic inner city warehouse space was transformed, turning into a Redken runway whereby the 2025 Redken Shades EQ Gloss Bloss Award Finalists were able to showcase their brilliant colour work made possible with Shades EQ.

A stunning showcase of just how much talent lies within the Redken community, all 16 finalists presented beautiful colour work that shone on the Redken runway.

And finally, drumroll please, it was time for major moment of the night – the crowning of the three Gloss Boss Award Winners that have won their way to New York City with Redken and will take place in the Redken Exchange education program in the Big Apple!

Following the major reveal of the night, the warehouse shifted one last time – turning into a pink-hued warehouse party that stretched well into the night and served as the ultimate celebration for winners, finalists and the gathered Redken community – complete with dancing, disco lights and NYC-inspired snacks – of course!
