Redken’s Young Tribe Initiative is an internationally recognised two-year talent program focused on developing enviable design, styling and colour skills.

Geared to provide dedicated mentoring and development by leading local and international Redken Artists, the revered program is anchored by expert technical education, but also focused on developing presentation and leadership skills. Successful candidates are exposed to the latest cutting-edge trends,

networking opportunities, and get to participate in informative workshops and events, both onstage and behind-the-scenes.
