Education meets elevation this March as O&M unveils its Growth & Glow Retreat, a three-day immersion designed to balance business acumen with personal wellbeing.

Taking place from 8–11 March 2026 at the iconic Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, the retreat has been curated as both professional development and purposeful pause. Set against the backdrop of the Gold Coast shoreline, the program invites salon owners and stylists alike to step out of the day-to-day and into a space focused on leadership, clarity and creative momentum.

Each morning begins with an all-levels wellness experience, with attendees choosing between Floating Stretch, Awaken & Align or Sunrise Stillness – all grounding rituals designed to set the tone for the day ahead. From there, the schedule moves into founder-led strategy sessions, including Lead Like a CEO and Profitable Salons in 2026, with O&M founder Jose Bryce Smith alongside leading voices from the industry.

A Social Media Level Up workshop delivers practical tools to grow engagement and watch time, while personalised Human Design readings offer insight into individual strengths and decision-making styles. Nutrition sessions with Sarah Di Lorenzo round out the program, focusing on sustainable energy, strength and long-term health.

Evenings shift into connection and celebration, with sunset floating sound baths, a gala dinner and curated community experiences.
