NZ TAKE OUT PLATINUM FOR WELLA ITVA

New Zealand’s Mana Dave (Blaze) and Kylie Hayes (Moha Hairdressing) have taken out Platinum at the 2017 Wella International Trend Vision Awards.

Monday 16th October saw Wella Professional’s Global contingency flock to London for this year’s Wella International Trend Vision Awards. For the first time in Wella history, two New Zealand delegates have taken out Platinum in both the Colour and Creative Vision categories respectively, beating out 83 finalists from around the world.

Collecting the Colour Vision Platinum Award for 2017 was none other than Blaze’s own Mana Dave, while Kylie Hayes of Moha Hairdressing took out the esteemed Platinum title in the Creative Vision Category. The win marks the first instance of one country scoring multiple platinum titles at an International level.

The pair competed alongside a host of international colleagues (including Aussie finalists Beau Jenkins of UVA Salon and Jack Horton of Jack Horton Hair Boutique) before an esteemed judging panel comprised of Eugene Souleiman, Dimitry Vinokurov, Pavlos Divitaris, Rosângela Barchetta, Nicola Shannon, Andreas Kurkowitz, Jayson Gray, Michio Nozawa, Annie Humphreys and Larisa Love.
