L’Oréal Australia is a proud Major Partner of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras in 2021. The brand’s second consecutive year in collaboration with event.
COVID was never going to rain on the Mardi Gras parade, alter its location perhaps, but never dull the colour and collaboration defining the notorious celebration of love in all its glorious forms. So, on Saturday March 6th, over 20 groups will march at the Sydney Cricket Ground, and our friends at L’Oréal Australia will be right there beside them as Major Partners for the second consecutive year.
“L’Oréal’s purpose is to create beauty that moves the world. L’Oréal Australia and our 32 brands understand the responsibility we have in showcasing more gender-expansive faces and voices, and supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce that is representative of our consumers and the community,” says Christine Burke, Communications Director, L’Oréal Australia.
“At L’Oréal Australia we want all of our employees to feel confident and safe to be themselves in their workplace. Our diversity is what makes us strong, makes us creative and makes us proud.”
A sentiment shared by Mardi Gras CEO Albert Kruger.
“Champions of inclusivity and self-expression, L’Oréal Australia are at the forefront of celebrating the unique and individual. We’re very pleased to be partnering again with them this Mardi Gras season.”
