Hot tool magnates Cloud Nine have been awarded the 2020 award for Customer Satisfaction by consumer review platform, Canstar Blue.

Beating out an impressive lineup of competitors, the luxury hairdressing brand was awarded an impressive five star rating for Overall Satisfaction; scoring high across the Performance, Reliability, Haircare and Ease of Use benchmarks.

With over 3,000 tallied scores in 2020, Canstar Blue’s annual consumer research survey once again culminated the Beauty, Personal Care and Grooming categories, with Cloud Nine eclipsing four competing brands in the hair straightener category.

“The customer feedback for Cloud Nine was very good [across the board], scoring five stars for ease of use, performance and reliability, ease of use and overall satisfaction,” shares Simon Downes, Canstar Blue Editor-in-Chief and PR Manager.

Commenting on the brand’s overall score rating, Simon continues, “Finishing with a higher overall satisfaction score than the other major brands compared is a fantastic achievement and shows the popularity of the brand.”

“The research shows that ease of use is the greatest driver of customer satisfaction, so it’s crucial that manufacturers get this right,” he adds. “Performance and reliability is also very important in determining customer satisfaction.”
