Metallic is the new black.

This year L’Oréal Professionnel launched their inaugural Trend Collective, a unique event series championing the brand’s coveted Metallic colour trend.
Following the success of Trend Collective’s Sydney chapter, a second instalment took place at L’Oréal Professionnel’s Adelaide Academy.
Pairing a troupe of the industry’s most prominent hairdressers with a selection of social influencers, the event once again saw a series of metallic makeovers transpire over the course of one day.
Adelaide’s stylist roster included Brad Rixon and Elyse Sprott (Rixon Hair), Daniel Hemsley and Charlotte Stroh (Maurice Meade), Jason Fassbender and Forch (The Parlour Unley), Joe Controneo (Zink the Element of Hair), Tiffany Decaux and Tahlia Egar (Boris the Cuttery) and Wendy Gunn (Ink for Hair).
Influencers included Adelaide based Celia Rose, Rikki Watkins, Jenna Hudson, Shayne Brook Simpson, Stella Badenoch and Nina Pattingale.
