Last month, Kevin Murphy Show Me was held at The Ellington in Adelaide. A night of inspiring cut and styling demonstrations, Creative Directors and award winning hairdressers, Robert and Karen Bava from The Parlour led the evening, giving over 100 guests shapes inspired by the 60s with a modern street edge. Kevin Murphy Style Masters, Lucy Iasenzaniro and Jason Fassbender also headlined the evening, recreating some of the hottest looks from past Kevin Murphy editorial and international runways, while Kevin Murphy Session Masters, Nathan Gorman and Wade Blackford gave the captivated crowd a sneak- peak into the Kevin Murphy Cut Me education program with 70s-inspired shapes and editorial styles.

Dedicated to introducing Adelaide’s hairdressing industry to Kevin Murphy aesthetics and techniques, Session Master, Wade Blackford said the one-off event was buzzing with creative talent. “It was so great coming to Adelaide and working with some of Adelaide’s finest stylists. The calibre of work was amazing and each group showed something so special that was unique to them but still encapsulated everything Kevin Murphy is about,” said Wade.
