Haus of Vakai has unveiled its new Business Series, a six-month intensive designed to help salon owners and hair entrepreneurs transform their businesses from the inside out. Developed by Haus of Vakai’s Kaine and Ayden Vakai, the course responds to a challenge many face: being brilliant behind the chair but unprepared for the realities of running a business.
Created by the successful salon owners behind the Haus of Vakai who’ve “juggled staff, struggled with margins, chased KPIs, and lived the client chaos,” the course aims to bridge the gap between creative talent and business acumen.
“This is the program we wish existed when we first started,” reveals Ayden. “It’s built for brilliant stylists who were never taught how to actually run a business.”
Unlike traditional training, the Business Series offers full program access from day one, allowing participants to focus on the areas that need attention most- whether that’s sorting out chaotic finances, pricing services for profit, building effective teams, or turning social media into a revenue stream.
Students also benefit from fortnightly live Q&A sessions, where Kaine and his co-founder provide real-time, salon-specific guidance. The course includes a suite of plug-and-play templates, business tools, and exclusive perks such as free tickets to 2025 Haus of Vakai events and private workshop discounts.
“The biggest point of difference? They get us,” explains Ayden. “Kaine and I act like their personal behind the scenes business partners the whole way through.
“We’re there to help, brainstorm, troubleshoot, and hold them accountable to make sure they actually move the needle and get results.”
This is more than education- it’s business partnership reimagined.
