At Paul Costelloe’s AW26 show, hair took its cues from the collection’s commanding tailoring, with TONI&GUY Global Creative Director Cos Sakkas leading the TONI&GUY Session Team backstage.

The result? A sleek, high-shine finish sculpted into a low chignon, creating an architectural silhouette that felt as precise and purposeful as William Costelloe’s powerful debut.

Mirroring the collection’s structured tailoring, the hair was all sleek lines, sculpted shape and high-shine finish. Hair was worked into a deep side part before being drawn into a sleek ponytail at the nape, with LABEL.M Fashion Edition Hairspray used to smooth flyaways and build the glossy foundation. The ponytail was then twisted tightly and wrapped into a compact, rounded chignon.

At the front, the heavier section was backcombed at the root, then shaped using the LABEL.M Titanium Pro Curling Tong into a soft, sculpted wave above the ear. Pinned into place and swept into the chignon, it added a considered softness to the otherwise structured finish.

Finished with another generous mist of hairspray, the result was runway hair at its most controlled: polished, architectural and entirely in step with the collection.
