Faye Redfern is stepping into a new chapter with Wella Professionals, having been named this week as its new ANZ Colour Trend Creator.

The award-winning colourist and founder of Her Salon will work closely with Wella Professionals across education, trend forecasting, campaigns and content, bringing her distinctive perspective on colour to hairdressers across Australia and New Zealand.

With more than 15 years in the industry, Faye has established herself as one of Australia’s most respected colourists and educators. Through Her Salon, with locations in Perth and Melbourne, she has built a reputation for stunning, trend-led colour, while her education work and digital presence have made her a prominent voice within the professional hair community.

The appointment comes as Wella Professionals continues to evolve its approach to professional colour through product innovation and emerging trend directions. Its latest developments include Pure Perfection, an ammonia-free permanent colour, alongside Monochromatic Colour, one of the brand’s key colour directions.

Faye has long been a beloved part of the Wella Professionals community, with the 2025 Editorial TrendVision Award adding another accolade to a career built around colour, education and creative collaboration.
