Enter the Marks & Spencer Studio: housing the British retailer’s most wearable offerings yet.
Saying farewell to long beach days and balmy summer nights can be difficult to say the least. Likewise the cooler months can conjure subdued visions of grey scale… lacking the bright and vivid colour palette we tend to become accustomed to in the warmer seasons.
Never fear: iconic British retailer Marks & Spencer have your fashion needs covered, with bold pops of colour and artful prints that are sure to cure your trans-seasonal wardrobe fatigue.
The brand showcased their latest edit with an inspiring morning of dress-ups, held inside a floral-decked Paramount Recreational Club in Sydney’s Surry Hills. A morning full of giggles, champagne and gram-worthy moments, the event kicked off with a behind the scenes look into Marks & Spencer’s latest garment and accessory offerings.
As one of a select few retailers to house their own Colour Management System, the heritage brand proudly owns each of their bespoke seasonal hues – with the system currently boasting over 6,500 unique colours. A selection of which were on show for each of the event’s attendees.
Guests were welcomed to the latest collection that played with pops of bold colour and offered relaxed tailoring that could take you from the office to the weekend and beyond. With comfort at the centre of it all, Marks & Spencer developed this range of trans seasonal pieces.
With an on-site beauty bar, brunch spread and a range of styles and sizes from the latest collection on hand, guests were invited to try on garments, before taking to the themed M&S photo stations to capture their looks.
Model Mum and insta-staple Krystal Hipwell wowed in a checked dress, featuring a chic double-breasted front and belt, while Presenter, stylist and mum-of-two Deauvanné Jarvis of @mamastylista showcased her pick of the day: a colourful lilac suit perfect for any occasion.
The ever so British trench coat cameo-d in both a classic stone, and a more modern pink. The perfect wardrobe staple, this one is great to layer over new season midi dresses with puffed sleeves detailing – that are oh so in this season.
