With a firm focus on continuously nurturing their creative crew, the team at Redken were back at it again for the second year running – hosting their larger than life Advocates in Melbourne for the ’24 Summit.
With an overview of what’s to come in the year ahead kickstarting things on Sunday afternoon, the team then went on to soak up a little culture at the NGV’s Triennial exhibition before indulging in a team-bonding meal at Melbourne hotspot Yakimono.
The next day saw a full program of presentation skills with fearless leader (and Redken National Education Manager Mark Thompson), without night of socializing rounding out Day 2.
Finally, to finish things off in fitting style for this group of taste-makers, Redken connected them with a TikTok influencer and Content Expert live from New York for a practical look at growing their social channels.
