Thermal tool styling magnates EVY PROFESSIONAL further cement their award-winning influence in the hair industry with the 2018/19 brand Campaign ‘ONLY EVY’.

A campaign of six customised looks from the EVY PROFESSIONAL team, ONLY is designed to treat and transform hair health and texture.

The portfolio of six bespoke looks, created by EVY PROFESSIONAL Guest Artist Natalie Anne showcases the simplicity and ease with which EVY’s suit of styling tools can move, mix and magnify style and texture – from classic to trending – in mere minutes for all lifestyles, loves and likes.

These custom looks (Sleek Blow-out & Tuck, Boho Chic, Undone Glam, Poker Straight, Cool Girl Blow-out, and Beach Chic) reflect the company’s ethos to provide beautiful, healthy and hydrated hair; projecting the wearer’s individualism on a daily basis.

SLEEK BLOW-OUT + TUCK

  1. Apply a small amount of Blow-out cream to cleansed hair.
  2. Roughly dry the hair until it is 80% dry.
  3. Take a 3-inch section and using EVY PROFESSIONAL ‘theBOSS’ DRYER with a large round EVY SCHIMA Brush, start to smooth the roots. Continue down the hair shaft lightly tucking the ends. Repeat until each section is complete.
  4. Allow the hair to cool, then brush and smooth using the EVY PROFESSIONAL CRYSTAL Shine Paddle Brush to tuck hair behind the ears. Finally a spritz of finishing spray to secure.

HOT TIP: Spritz hairspray on a toothbrush and gently comb through to lay the hairline down.

BOHO CHIC

  1. Apply a small amount of blow-out cream to cleansed hair.
  2. Blow-dry the hair smooth using the EVY PROFESSIONAL ‘theBOSS’ DRYER.
  3. Take a 2-inch section of hair and using the EVY PROFESSIONAL iQ-ONEEGLIDE 1.5” Styling Iron at a 45-degree angle, slowly glide the iron through the hair. Midway down the hair shaft turn the iron once to encourage blow-out inspired movement.
  4. Apply faux bangs and style them in.

UNDONE GLAM

  1. After cleansing hair, apply a small amount of blow-out cream. Roughly dry the hair upside down to encourage body.
  2. Create a centre part before setting the hair. Using the EVY PROFESSIONAL PRO-STYLE Styling Iron, take a 2-inch section and begin to create a curl. Angle the iron at 45 degrees, turning once at the root. Glide the iron all the way through to the end of the section. Once you release the iron, you will have a smooth ribbon curl.
  3. Continue curling the hair in alternating directions. Allow the hair to set and cool.
  4. Once the hair has cooled down, add a volume powder onto the root area and massage in.
  5. Choose to part on the far left or right and flip the hair to encourage height. Tuck the other side slightly behind the ear.
  6. Use a wide tooth comb to break up the curls and finish with a light hold spray.

POKER STRAIGHT

  1. Apply a small amount of Blow-out cream to cleansed hair.
  2. Dry the hair using your fingers and the EVY PROFESSIONAL INFUSALITE DRYER until completely dry.
  3. Take a 1-inch section and a carbon comb, slowly glide the EVY PROFESSIONAL iQ-ONEGLIDE 1.5” styling iron down the hair shaft. Repeat throughout the hair.

HOT TIP: The slower you move the iQ-ONEGLIDE through the hair, the smoother and shinier the hair will be.

COOL GIRL BLOW-OUT

  1. After cleansing the hair, apply a small amount of blow-out cream. Roughly dry the hair to avoid excess dehydration.
  2. Takes 1-2 inch sections of hair and smooth the root with the EVY PROFESSIONAL QUAD TEC Brush and the EVY PROFESSIONAL INFUSALITE Dryer. Direct towards your body and twist the brush and direction of heat towards the face.
  3. Repeat the technique around the head. Allow the hair to cool down.
  4. Use the EVY PROFESSIONAL CRYSTAL Shine Paddle Brush, to brush out hair from root to ends, encouraging shine and movement.

BEACH CHIC

  1. After cleansing the hair, apply a small amount of blow-out cream. Roughly dry the hair upside down to promote body.
  2. Alternate your section sizes between 1-2 inches. Using the EVY PROFESSIONAL PRO STYLE Styling Irons, create a bend in the hair, not a curl. Start by bending the hair under at the root area to build body.
  3. Rock and bend the hair towards the ceiling and then back towards the floor. Switch directions as you go, when you get to the ends, straighten random pieces of hair for a worn-in, effortless look.
  4. After the hair is set and cool, tap in a texture powder, shaking it through all over for added texture. Finish by scrunching in a texturising spray.
