With this phenomena – and a penchant for amber notes – in mind, perfumer and founder of cult fragrance Juliette Has A Gun, Romano Ricci chose to broaden the brand’s already beloved portfolio, decanting its essence into a series of trademark cosmetic staples.
The result? The aptly named, and elegantly packaged Not a Collection series.
One part chic and equal measures unconventional, this (shall we say…) compilation of luxurious body and hair products marks the perfect extension of the Juliette Has A Gun enterprise, and like its predeceasing parfum, leaves a soft aroma trail guaranteed to turn heads (or noses).
The science behind the scent’s rousing appeal? One critical component… namely Cetalox: a unique, crystalline molecule that’s not only hypoallergenic but also void of sulfates, SLS/ SLES, parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, artificial colours and solar filters. A win on multiple fronts.
As for the scent? Clean, minimalistic and pure, with hints of woody, musky notes and a refreshingly subtle linger.
Juliette Has A Gun and Not A Collection are available in Australia via Agence de Parfum’s retail arm Libertine Parfumerie, selected David Jones and Myer department stores and through a number of niche perfumeries across Australia and New Zealand.
