The much-anticipated annual event dedicated to all things hair, Love Your Hairdresser Week, is just around the corner, set to run from Monday, November 13 to Sunday, November 19. Launched three years ago during the challenging lockdown period, this heartwarming campaign emerged as a way to express gratitude and appreciation for our cherished hairdressers and barbers, as well as to spread the love within the beauty community.

The spirit of Love Your Hairdresser Week is all about celebrating the bonds that exist between hair professionals and their clients, business owners and their staff, colleagues, and fellow salon owners, as well as salons and their loyal clientele. It’s a week to honor the vital role these individuals play in our lives and the beauty industry.

As we gear up for this wonderful celebration, we encourage everyone to prepare for a week of love and appreciation.  What’s more, Love Your Hairdresser Week has partnered with Amex’s ‘Shop Small’ initiative, also taking place across the month of November.

It’s important to note that Love Your Hairdresser Week extends its warm embrace to the entire hair community, not limited to AHC members.
