NEWS: Ann-Maree Mason Appointed AHC Business Operations Manager

The Australian Hairdressing Council (AHC) is delighted to introduce Ann-Maree Mason as the newest addition to its team, taking on the pivotal role of Business Operations Manager. Ann-Maree’s impressive career trajectory began at the tender age of 22 when she opened her first salon. Over the years, she honed her skills in sales and education, steadily ascending to senior management and international positions with renowned professional salon product suppliers such as Goldwell, Redken, Matrix, Pureology, ghd, and Showpony, among others. Her influence spanned eleven countries across six continents, where she played a pivotal role in educating and inspiring countless individuals within the industry.

In her own words, Ann-Maree expressed her enthusiasm for joining the AHC team: “I am excited about the opportunity to be part of the AHC team, working alongside Sandy Chong and the AHC board for the members.” She emphasized the importance of supporting the professional salon industry in embracing change and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
