Wella also welcomed multi award-winning, international colourist, stylist and Canadian Guest Artist, Dana Lysend from Supernova Salon, to the event. Dana took to the stage to demonstrate her unique work that spans across film, television and editorial. Following the awards, a selection of hairdressers will get up close and personal with Frank, Elizabeth, Brad and Dana in an Education Masterclass on Monday 11 September.

Jerome Toulza, General Manager, Coty Professional Beauty ANZ, comments: “Wella is committed to providing the industry with a world class competition that is dedicated to showcasing the extraordinary talent of our hairdressers in Australia and New Zealand. Wella TrendVision is a chance to not only compete for the opportunity to share your work on an international stage, but to come together for a night of creative inspiration and celebration. I would like to thank our amazing judges; There is no great hairdressing competition without great, industry acclaimed, independent judges. Congratulations to our New Zealand and Australian winners, and good luck for the international final in London!”
