Iconic hair care brand, KEVIN.MURPHY, has just announced the opening of their new headquarters in Brisbane, marking the brand’s return to its Australian roots.
The new office/studio hybrid is the first official Australian base for the brand, which already has offices in Copenhagen, Salt Lake City, Singapore, and Paris. The decision to invest in their physical brand presence in Australia was driven by a need to honour the company’s unique culture and celebrate their roots as an Australian-founded brand.
The new space takes a modernistic approach and has been designed as a multipurpose office space with a functional salon/testing facility, multiple communal spaces, individual workspaces, podcast studio, and education spaces where the brand offers digital and in-person experiences for stylists. The functional space also embodies the company’s values of social and environmental responsibility, through considered design elements that give back to the environment and the community.

The brand has also matched this donation which will support medical staff, researchers, hospitals, and families of children with Cancer. The Kevin Murphy Group also ensures the new Brisbane office has solar panels installed on the roof, significantly reducing the space’s carbon footprint.
