REVLON PROFESSIONAL ANNOUNCE INTERNATIONAL CONTEST WINNERS
Monday 8th May saw Revlon Professional announce their esteemed International Contest Winners for 2017, at the 9th Annual Revlon Professional Style Masters Show. Close to 4,000 stylists from around the globe flocked to Brussels, Belgium for a night of celebrations. First launched in 2009, the Revlon Professional Style Masters Show aims to provide hairdressers with an opportunity to express their artistry and showcase their creative work.
“Revlon Professional is strategic pillar of our business and Style Masters is an ever-growing and much anticipated annual event where we can connect to and deepen our relationships with our network of creative stylists. We are thrilled to support hairdressers from around the world and it was a pleasure to be exposed to so much amazing talent in one evening,” said Revlon Global Brand President, Ms. Anne Talley.
VP of International Marketing Miguel Angel Lopez Paz continued, “The Revlon Professional Style Masters Show is an important event for the hairdressing community. Now in our 9th year, we are thrilled to continue to offer this unique platform where the incredible talent of these hairdressers can be showcased and recognized internationally.”
Guests were treated to a seated gala dinner before each of the nine finalists presented one of their winning works. Following suit was a presentation of Revlon Professional’s SS and FW 2017 collections; Style Masters new range of multifunctional hair products; and an Amazonia-inspired segment performed by Russian Revlon Professional Ambassadors.
Taking out the Global Prize was Germany’s Julia Beckers, who was selected from nine finalists and 30 country winners. Company founder David Raccuglia announced the UK’s Adam Mir as American Crew International All Star Challenge Winner. Congratulations are in order for Rokk Man Barbers’ Ben Kane – who not only took out the national American Crew All Star Challenge National title earlier this year, but also presented an incredible runway look to an eager crowd. Great work Ben!
